I read something last night that helped me change my perspective.
Like most ‘a-ha’ moments, this was something I already knew, but didn’t have specific words to articulate it. And as any parent can tell you, you need quick, easy to remember tools at times of stress and chaos.

What does this situation need from me?
Big difference. Off to give this life, these children, this home, these situations…what they need from me for a more peaceful, harmonious day.
