I realized today that I blogged about green smoothies exactly one month ago.

Here’s a quick shot of this morning’s smoothie. It was PACKED.

Raw baby spinach, an avocado, shredded coconut, frozen strawberries, plain stonyfield farm yogurt, honey, raw milk, a raw egg and ice.

I have one of these, of some ingredient mix, almost every day. It has become a favorite part of my morning routine, especially given my distaste of cooking first thing in the morning.

I wonder what tomorrow’s variety might be? Banana-Avocado perchance?
