Now that my kombucha is fermenting well, I turn my attention to making some milk-based kefir. A friend in Indiana sent me kefir grains, which were received today. All I needed then was a few jars and some fresh, raw milk, which we brought home with us as well.

Other than giving the kefir a few vigorous shakes all I can do now is wait until Monday to see what develops….literally. 😀
